Buddha taught that physical illness originates in the mind. When elements are imbalanced, we must return to mindfulness to find the cure.

The Source of Suffering

Illness is not isolated; it arises from causes and conditions. Attachment to the physical self creates the root of pain. By shifting from self-obsession to clear awareness, we address the malady's core.

The Path of Observation

Observe the origin of illness: karma arises from delusion, and delusion itself is empty. Use compassion and meditation to investigate "who is suffering." This practice transforms pain into a path toward enlightenment.

The Fruit of Liberation

Turning obstacles into fuel for practice prevents stagnation. When attachment to the body fades, the clear Dharma body shines through. In this stillness, physical pain dissolves into a profound, healing clarity.
